It is primarily used for the fine desulfurization of gas from refineries, fertilizer plants, and other chemical industries. Additionally, it can be used for the removal of H2S from syngas, coke oven gas, oil field gas, and waste gas in industries such as metallurgy, textiles, synthetic fibres, military, electronics, and environmental protection.

The Sulfur Adsorbent offers advantages such as simple equipment, easy operation, high purification degree, low bed resistance, strong adaptability, fast desulfurization, high sulfur capacity, and no secondary pollution. It can achieve high-precision H2S removal even under anaerobic conditions.

Regeneration Operating Conditions:

When the H2S concentration at the outlet of the desulfurization tower exceeds the required specification, but the saturation sulfur capacity has not reached 35%, the Sulfur Adsorbent needs to be regenerated. The operating conditions are:

① Space Velocity: 0.5–140 h-1 (adjusted according to regeneration temperature changes)

② Pressure: room pressure

③ Temperature: 30–60℃ (adjust space velocity and control O2 content in regeneration gas). The activity of the regenerated Sulfur Adsorbent gradually decreases with the number of regeneration cycles.

Packaging and Storage：

BR Sorb 415 iron-based Sulfur Adsorbent is packaged in ton bags (lined with plastic bags), with each bag weighing 900 kg. The product must be protected from moisture and must not come into contact with acidic substances. Care should be taken to prevent dropping and collision during transportation and handling. It can be stored in a sealed condition for 3 years without affecting its use.

Technical Data
