Diesel Hydrocracking Catalysts

FRIPP has developed specialized catalysts including FC-24B, FC-70A, and FC-70B for producing high-octane gasoline or BTX from hydrorefined diesel oil. These catalysts are suitable for the hydrocracking process, producing high-octane gasoline fractions and aromatic-rich components, while also generating some clean gasoline fractions.

Catalysts’ Features:

These catalysts have excellent hydrocracking activity and stability, with a strong ability to modify the cracking activity of molecular sieves through metal components. Additionally, they contain a moderate amount of fluorine (mainly as a catalyst promoter).

Applications:

These catalysts are specially developed by the FRIPP Research Institute for the hydrocracking process to produce high-octane gasoline. They are suitable for high-quality hydrorefined diesel oils, which selectively undergo hydrocracking and hydrogenation treatments, and produce gasoline fractions rich in aromatic compounds while also generating clean gasoline fractions.
