Catalysts for Fixed-Bed and Molecular Sieve Hydrocracking in Single-Stage Hydrocracking Process

The single-stage hydrocracking process is simple, with low investment, easy operation, and robust product performance. The hydrocracking technology has its own advantages, which allows the existing hydrogenation equipment to process light gas oil and distillates without additional hydrogenation equipment or specialized hydrogenation processes. In intermediate distillates, these catalysts exhibit high activity and excellent selectivity. FRIPP has expanded its applications in industrial processes by developing the ZHC-01, ZHC-02, 3973, FC-14, FC-28, FC-30 catalysts. The FC-14, FC-28, and FC-30 catalysts are molecular sieve and fixed-bed hydrocracking catalysts with high activity. Among them, FC-30 is a high-performance catalyst for heavy oil processing, with superior activity in intermediate oil hydrogenation and low-cost, long-cycle operation.

Catalyst Features:

The catalyst in the single-stage hydrocracking process uses modified Y-type molecular sieves (Y5 and Y6) as supports, with active metals being nickel and non-nickel active metals. These catalysts show higher activity and selectivity for intermediate oil. The table below shows the main characteristics of typical catalysts:
